Cancellation & Booking Policy

At Makenzie Grace Esthetics, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that life happens and schedules change; however, to ensure we can accommodate all clients fairly, we enforce the following policies:

1. Cancellation Window

We require a minimum of [e.g., 24 or 48 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

2. Fees

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. For certain high-value treatments, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
